You may have to buy an older version of Office, the only "stand-alone" versions of Outlook I have seen have been shipped with PDA's

Did yours not come with one?

I have Outlook98 which at the time was available free from Microsoft.

That's right, I remember Outlook 98 as being free for a "limited time only".

But I suspect a "personal organiser" will want Outlook 2000 or better based on what I have experienced, just a pity the original poster never mentioned the make and model of organiser.

Thanks all for the replies..the Organizer isnt a "real PDA" its just abasic Sharp Brand Electronic Organizer..The manual says it just needs "Outlook" doesnt specify anything else..so I assume an older version would work,,I have it just for basic stuff..I'm not in the need for an Actual PDA yet..if anyone knows of someone who has an Older Version I'd be greatful for a copy..if thats possible even..not sure..meantime I'll keep looking. Thanks again for all the replies.

Probably any version will do (possibly the earlier the better!) in that case.

Might be fun trying to find a legit one, but look out for a second hand copy of Office 97?

Since Outlook98 was free for quite a while, I have a copy available. Send me an e-mail and I'd be glad to mail you a CD. Hope this is all ok with the admins since it was free in the first place.

The reason I stopped using Outlook97 is because there was no Security Update available for it. This was only available for Outlook98 and later. Now it's included.
