I have Windows XP and use Outlook for my business email. My question is this. When I receive and email with an Excel or Word attachment for example, I open the attachment, read it then when I want to save it this window comes up with a zillion previous attachments in it that I would like to delete. Only problem is it will only allow me to delete one file at a time. Takes forever. I can't seem to find a way to batch all these previous files and delete them all at once. Also I can't find this string when I use Search. "Local Settings, Temporary Internet Files, OLK366". I would appreciate a way to delete these all at once. Thanks.
