on-board sound card quitting

hello tehy,

i need help odd and strange, my mobo started new problem few week ago,. i always leave my computer on anyways. here mny problem
my sound card drop working after few min or days i reboot it work ok then play music or what ever. i stop it and try to play a video no sound but error from winamp
i also heck on my realtek hd audio manager to test speaker not working either
my new pci sound is on way here i hope that solve. however i am not sure why my on board sound card quitting while my computer is on.
is anyway to fix it?
driver is upto date
i am on win7 ultimate

Try reinstalling the drivers
well i was using windows system driver before i install proper driver few week ago
now i have install proper driver from manufacture

i am not sure then it work all day then next day no sound reboot work few time and then quit
what this tell u?
am i getting hardware failing on me on my on-board sound card?

i have good experience on hardware and software but on mobo stuff is no experience of on-board sound. lol i think i put this topic in wrong board, if can u move it
