One Site That Won't Let Me Load

I have been posting on a site for quite a while, but about a week ago, I got the "IE cannot display page" error. I tried Firefox with no luck. Firefox did give a message something like, this server is taking too long to respond. I have reset my all my settings to the "factory" settings. I have added this site to my "trusted sites." I tried connecting directly to a laptop without the router in the mix, nope. For some reason, my ISP doesn't connect anymore with this server. I contacted my ISP several times, and we tried different things but to no avail.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I just don't understand how a website can be available and then not. If I had changed any settings, it might be understandable that i had done something goofyl
