Ongoing Ping Problem

    For the last month I've had some weird ping issues that I cant find the solution to. Just trying to find some help anywhere.

    In the attached screen shot, you can see the ranges of ping's that I'm receiving. I'm not downloading/doing anything on the internet of the time of the ping test. Another weird thing that I've found is that when I play around 11:30-3 am my ping is perfect and is stable, unlike any other time of the day it is always fluctuating making it impossible to play any on-line games which is a massive hobby of mine.

    Any support would be awesome.
