    I dont know where this goes but my question is

    i have recently started a radio station using winamp and listen2myradio website i took my time to read the terms of service and they said something about royalities and payment etc an anyone explain to me whats that bcoz i'm so confused

    Yep...lordmurf is correct..
    Normally Royalty stands for copyright issues, and you know what are payments. But we can't say "Do this..This is the answer".
