I have Gigabyte Network Card and my PC recive only 10 mbps if I try to set a value more than 10 mbps the PC will not read the internet cable anymore and it will appear that the cable is not connected the cable is good because I tried it on another PC and it works correctly, I do not know which may be the malfunction

You have a CAT5e or CAT6 ethernet cable right? Only those can do Gigabit

And on that PC that works, was it running at the correct speed ? If you have mapped drives set up, then do a file copy, which tests the internal connection speed - that's where the high speed shows up.

You are paying for this higher speed from your internet provider?

Provide the spec's of this computer and it may help us?

Do a file copy from one PC to another and see what speed it gives you.

So do a file copy from the fast PC to the slow PC and see what speed you get.
