you need to instal your video card drivers. what video card do you have? if you dont know - make or model of PC/Motherboard will help if it has a built in video.

if you download aida that will tell you the video card - however, at the moment i cant find the link as the the website I have has been shut......

    TRY THIS LINK http://forums.techguy.org/t223416&highlight=aida.html

mmmmmm - i dont thing belarc will work to identify hardware - it uses the software installed - aida doesnt work for you - you could try downloading the newer version and running that - i'm just trying pcpitstop.com to see if that gives any graphic info about PC

pcpitstop does provide info on graphics card but it may be only sourced form the software drivers installed my be worth a try....

    www.pcpitstop.com

otherwise maybe you can find the receipt for the card which may have make/model on it
