Ok.. here is the problem.. I like to use PSP and when I go to download a file or a picture, or even a filter that I need, the pop up comes up and asks where i want to save it. Well ,, there was a box that said something like did i want that box to always warn me about downloading this type of file. well I checked the box.. now whenever I try to download something there is a quick "flash" where the box tries to open up and then nothing.. I cant download anything. I need to fix this and I have gone into my internet options stuff and reset everything to the default settings hoping it would undo this mistake. Nothing.. Any help out there.. ???

Ok.. I thought of that.. but what about the things I have done since last week.. my projects and such. Will they still be there, or does it take EVERYTHING back to last week? I was going to do that but I wasnt sure whether it would just change my settings back or I would loose things like my checkbook and all of that.
    Thanks

I see you've reset to default, but have you checked to see if downloads are enabled? If you go to Internet Options, Security Tab, Custom Level, then scroll down to download and enable.
