open a new window to maximize size

    When ever I open a new window it start with third of the screen.
    How I cause my computer to open every new window to its full maximize size?

    open as usual......then place your curser on the very corner of the page so it turns into a double arrow......now holding down the left mouse button drag the corner down and the window will resize to whatever you want.
    next time you open a page it should be full size.

    ;)
