open a port

    I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this in or not... But I have a D-Link DI-514 router and need to point a port in "UDP" to a local IP so i can play a game on line... I figured out how to do it on my old netgear router but have no idea on this one..

    please help if you can

    If it's like the DI-614+, it's the Advanced tab, Virtual Server, and then enter the port and other info on that page. Make sure you check the Enabled box and apply the changes. I don't know if your router has the same configuration options...
