Open DVD drive opens My Documents instead

    This one is difficult to understand; but, in short, I put in a CD and go to My Computer, click on the CD drive and I see what's in My Documents folder instead.

    No, this is not a CD containing the contents of My documents. It happens with ALL CD's and DVD's no matter what is on them, even factory CD's and DVD's. If we take these CD's and DVD's to another computer, they function properly.

    Additional Information: We don't need to have a CD or DVD in the drive. Clicking on the drive letter even without a disk goes directly to My Documents. I tried changing its drive letter in Disk Managent and that produces no change.
