Hi all,
I have an Epson Stylus PHOTO 785 EXP Printer.
My printer has been giving me hell for a few weeks now. It tries to start printing and there is an awful "Click, click" Noise. (Several clicks) The carraige won't come over and I get an " please cancel all print job's, remove foreign objects, and try printing again." Error message.
I have looked and looked. Couldn't see anything. Several times I turned it upside down, shook it gently, restarted and it printed. After a couple document's it does the same thing. The last pic I tried to print actually had little cut's in it.

I did remove a SMALL clump of ink soaked fibers from one area.
I blew it out w/ Air. I removed as many pieces, and screws on the housing as I could, I gently cleaned any part I could get to w/ alcohol and a q-tip. (not too Wet).
Still, it don't work right. Best I can tell there are 2 screws;one on each of the inner ends of the housing that screw in from the bottom up.
Can anyone tell me where I might find some diagrams to help me open it? Or recommend a tool than can get into awkward spots?
Thanks!
