Opening 2007 Excel documents in Outlook 2007

When I try to open an Excel document attached to a email Excel opens but the document doesn't appear until I click on the minimize button. Has anyone seen this before?

I'm Using Excel 2007 and Outlook 2007.

Are you saying that you have to "Minimize" Outlook because Excel opens behind it?

Excel opens in front of Outlook but the worksheet doesn't display. When you click minimize the worksheet displays (excel remains maximized).

So you get a Blank spreadsheet, can you post a screen shot of this first screen?

When you close the "Good" (second screen) do you still have a spreadsheet open in the minimized window?

If it is blank screen what could be illegal about that?
