A PPS file is a Microsoft Powerpoint file. You need to have Microsoft Office installed to view it. If you don't have Office and don't want it, you can view the PPS files with the free Powerpoint Viewer.

    Hi,
After you get the free viewer, if you're using Outlook Express, you will have to drag the file outside of O.E. into "my documents" for example in order for it to work. There's also another way around doing that

    Try this method.
Save one of the pps files somewhere you can find it, as My Documents or the Desktop.
Right click on the file, select Open With> Choose Program> select
Microsoft Office Power Point Viewer from the list and check the box:
Always use the selected program to open this kind of file
    then click OK.
You can then delete the save file if you want.
