My optical drives (two Memorex DVD+_RAM 530L) had been working just fine for the past few months. Today they don't. In device manager, they are showing up as down (Yellow Yield sign). They don't show up on My Computer. I went to the Memorex site and downloaded the appropriate driver, unzipped and get a message that it's the wrong driver. I tells me what the driver is for, and it's for the exact model I have. What's going on?

    What's the OS?
Delete these drives in device manager and reboot.
