Any one know of any reliable services for gaming pc support/optimization? Don't know if there's any further details needed than that for my question. This is my first post here too so wasn't sure what would be the most appropriate category to put this in.

Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit
    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor, AMD64 Family 23 Model 8 Stepping 2
    Processor Count: 12
    RAM: 16334 Mb
Graphics Card: Radeon RX 570 Series, -1 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 232 GB (116 GB Free); D: 1862 GB (1649 GB Free); E: 465 GB (307 GB Free);
Motherboard: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd, B450 TOMAHAWK (MS-7C02)
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

Edit/Additional details: And yes, I'm not satisfied with performance of my system yet. My buddy helped me put together everything and make things operational. Something I'm not satisfied with is when I can't get a smooth 60 fps still while im running say one stream in the back round. I should also mention that I run a three monitor set up with three different refresh rates. I'll describe them as follows: main is curved msi 144 hertz, secondary is flat acer 100 hertz, and third is spare, small tv monitor that I believe has a 60 hertz refresh rate. That monitor is still configured to 1080P though cuz I like that look better. But I'm open to any helpful feedback on this matter.

Certainly there is, if you want help from the site
    What is the problem
What is the nature of the computer in question
In that regard start by posting the results of our system information utility please
    https://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe
copy and paste to your reply, the information in the white box

Re the last from my colleague I have arranged for the topic to be moved

I've moved it to the Hardware forum since it seems more of a hardware question rather than help with specific games.

I just want to make my system run at its best. I noted in my OP that I'd like support for optimization purposes so I run into less performance issues while using my pc for gaming.

So I'm not looking to swap out parts for my pc, just optimize it for better performance. I should place a similar post next time in to the area you moved it to?

So send the info I asked for please
so that I know what system I am dealing with
When you reply please just type in box that appears - not by clicking reply on this post as that will quote what I have just typed back to me

The 1000$ question is - do you feel it is not running at its best as here
    What are these performance issues.
Is the FPS rate good on your games

When you send the system information then we will know if you have a gaming computer or merely a computer you are using for gaming

When we don't know what the operating system is we generally put it in the Hardware forum in the meantime. Once we know that important information I'll move it to the proper forum.

Please note that in the future you should also provide at least that basic information but it's best to run the TSG Sysinfo Utility and post that as requested by Macboatmaster.

I have a custom PC that has the following: 8G Radeon 570, Ryzen 5 2600X, 16 sys ram, cryorig h7 air cooler, 750 ps, and b450 tomahawk msi mb. It's best to post new replies as those helping don't get notified of edits on previous posts.

I'll move this to the Windows 10 forum.

    1. Re the CPU is it manually OC`d = not overclocked running base frequency or is
Extended Frequency Range (XFR) for Automatic Overclocking set
The days of fretting over manual overclocks are at an end now that the CPU itself is capable of regulating it independently: The AMD Ryzen 5 2600X is equipped with the second generation auto-OC feature known as Extended Frequency Range (XFR2). This allows the processor's frequency to be boosted far beyond the maximum boost clock defined by factory settings, provided that the installed cooling solution holds sufficient reserve capacity. As soon as the CPU's integrated sensors register the extra cooling capacity, the Ryzen CPU automatically sets about making clock frequency adjustments to match the respective cooling.

    2. Does the problem exist on all games or only selected ones

    3. I know the sys information reports Windows Defender is in use, but is that correct or is there some other third party anti virus

    4. The latest driver from amd for the 570 reveals this in the release notes
    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-4-1
Do you have the latest driver
Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.4.1 Driver Version 18.50.31.01 (Windows Driver Store Version 25.20.15031.1000)

If not I suggest you install it and retest
If you are not familiar with the procedure - as here
    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/rs-install
The uninstall and complete clean install is the best way.
