My system clock is all screwed up.It nolonger shows up in my systray.When i try to access it from Control Panel , i receive and error relating to a damaged or missing cpl file. The modified date that the OS assigns to modified file varies from day to day.Last night it was assigning all files a modified date of 4/1/99.
If there a way i can reinstall just the system clock or is there another resolution?
