Again, l'm new in IT. I am trying to load Win 98 and after using the boot disk, I did fdisk but now l can not format nor partion the C drive by typing format.com, fdisk.exe, format.exe etc. The cables and the HD are fine. What command should l try to be able to load win 98 or any OS?

Secondly, l have a Lexmark printer which uses a USB cable. The printer works fine but my computer does not boot if the printer is connected. Lexmark helpdesk suggested that l contact MS Tech s or otherwise to be able to get the correct settings in msconfig allowing my WIN XP computer to boot with the printer hooked up. Thanks for your help.
