other people getting online

My friend has XP Home Edition and she has the Aministrator account and her 2 kids each have a user account. She can get on the internet in her accont but they can't do that in theirs.
Why, and how could this be setup so they can get online in their accounts also?

in her account with dial up settings tick little box that says other users use this dial up connection

Jim,

If the others don't have the application shortcut to access the Internet or any application copy or move the shortcut from the administrator account to the All Users folder, then everyone can use it. To access the Start Menu of the other accounts open My Computer and go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Start Menu\Programs

XXX = Account name
