Our CRM website opens for a specific time

Our CRM website opens for a short period of time on our network. Sometimes it opens from 9 am to 2 pm. After 2 pm it does not open. Sometimes it reverts, does not open from 9 am to 2 pm, and starts opening after 2 pm. Timings can be little fluctuated. Before 9 am and after 6 pm, we don't know either it is opening or not. When it does not open on our network. At the same time, it opens via VPN on the same network, computers, and ISPs as well as it opens on our mobile phones via data connection.

Website CRM: ainitapp.net or ainitapp.net/crm/login.php
IP address of domain: 50.116.110.199

FINDINGS ON OUR NETWORK

Chrome Error: This site can't be reached
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Edge Error: Hmmm… can't reach this page
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Firefox Error: Hmm. We're having trouble finding that side.

James is correct that you have a DNS issue. Your text files don't show what you have configured as your DNS server. To see what your workstation/client has configured for its DNS server, run a ipconfig /all command in a command prompt window as you did for the ping tests.

I did a DNS lookup on ainitapp.net from my laptop and my DNS server was able to resolve that domain to its public IP address.

Provide a screenshot or the data of the IPCONFIG/ALL command from problematic machine and I can tell you.

Also, you posting in multiple websites does not help us, especially when they troubleshoot with you. Choose one site and hang tight.

That can be by design. Network administrators can block the ICMP requests (ping) to prevent an attack. As pointed out by Zxguy, this appears to be a domain/corporate network and you should be talking to the IT person who set this up (if outsourced) or your IT network person.

As a test, you should be able to change your network settings from your network DNS to a well known one. You need admin rights to your computer to do this

Here is a link: https://www.howtogeek.com/164981/how-to-switch-to-opendns-or-google-dns-to-speed-up-web-browsing/

Since you said going to a VPN works, I would think changing the DNS settings will also work for you, though if not, then your DNS server (or more accurately your router since your DHCP server and gateway are also the same IP) may be having a fault and you need to get someone to service that device.

Your ipconfig /all output indicates your router is also acting as your DNS relay. In other words, that router is forwarding DNS requests to another DNS server. There is no way to know what that is without logging on to that router to see what it has configured for a DNS server.

Also looking at the output there is a domain configured. Are you on some sort of corporate network?

We have a physical server in which Citrix XenServer (ver. 7.2) for Virtualization, OPNsense 22.1.3-amd64, FreeBSD 13.0-STABLE, OpenSSL 1.1.1m, and virtual machines are configured. There are Proxy, VoIP, biometric, CMS, and others.

We have a 100 Mbps fiber optics shared link and a 30 Mbps CIR fiber optics for backup. We have tested and the website is opening 24/7 when connecting a laptop to the direct media converter devices for both ISPs.

Remember. There is no need to enter the proxy address in "Internet Options" on all PCs. We can browse without proxy. We have not yet set the rules actually.

This is definitely a corporate network situation. Don't understand why any network administrator would set their gateway to an IP address in the middle of a class C subnet. Shows lack of network experience.

Anyways, you shouldn't be troubleshooting this. This is a network administrator issue. Without a network topology diagram, I have to assume you're trying to connect to a virtual instance of your CRM within the corporate network. The problem is a loopback issue.
