    Hi,

We are experiencing the "out of memory" pop up in Access 97 on various operations. This seems strange as it can appear on machines running 512mb Ram but does not on others running 256mb Ram. Is there anything we can do to stop the out of memory error message?

    Simon

Right click my computer>properties>advanced tab>performance>settings>advanced>under memory usuage, make sure the programs radio button is checked>under virtual memory, make sure you have at least 768mb>otherwise ,click change> check the custom size radio button>change initial size to at least 768mb>click set. Reboot and see if that helps. Also check office updates:

It is good to keep office updated which many people don't ever bother to do.

Quote from sight: "Updates bring you to the highest levels of performance and security available for Office 97. Microsoft recommends that you use the Office Update tool on this site to install updates."
