My computer has come up with a new message that I have not seen before. It says out of range. It will do this for a while then you turn it off and it may or may not happen again. Can anyone help me out on this one? Thanks

The out of range error can be generated by a few things. The most common is the monitor or Video settings. Have you increased your resolution? Even if you didnt, try setting a different resoultion, or fewer colors in the video settings. The other common problem that generates this error is that the page file is not set properly. Have you changed it?

    Try altering the refresh rate,
Go to Start | (Settings) | Control Panel | Display | Settings
    Click the Advanced button
    Click the Monitor Tab
Reduce or increase the Refresh Rate
