I did some damage recently and now that I'm up and running again I'd like to try and get my outlook 2000 POP3 email and address book back. unless there was a file in my root directory I needed, I know I have everything, its just I don't know where to find and replace.
Dreamboat, I have a similar problem as JohnKramer. a few days ago I was getting this error message regarding a MAPI error. Based on some instructions I found on the net I went about removing and reinstalling windows messaging. That is when the problems began. When I completed that process and tried to read emails, contacts, notes, etc., nothing was there.
I ran a *.pst search and did appear to find files.....but my question now is how do you restore then into Outlook 2000?
I have the same operating system as JohnKramer:
Windows 98 SE
IE 6.0
Microsoft Office 2000
Appreciate any assistance Dreamboat
