I use outlook 2000 and the format is screwed up when the gets it. It looks like the following:

I just wanted to remind you that I have to go out Mon. and Wed. nights 6-10
until mid Nov. I think I was selling myself a little short on a salary
    range
    but it would be $##,### - $##,###.

Why does it do that and what can I do to fix this please?

    TIA

If I write a paragraph of say 30 words, 10 words will show on the first line and then on the next line 2 words will show and then the 3rd line there might be 9 words...etc There seems to be a format problem somewhere. I just can't figure out where. How can I fix this please?

    TIA

The width of the window in which the recipient's email program is opened is different to that of yours when you composed it, and they do not have word-wrap enabled on their system.

So in all probability, the problem is not yours to fix.

In Outlook 2000, plain test emails will not word-wrap correctly unless SR1a service pack is installed, as well.
