outlook 2002 attachment blocking

    hi there,
    anyone know how to disable the attachment blocking in outlook 2002?

    If it's like Outlook 2000, and I do believe I read on the MS KB that it is, you can't. (I'm assuming you're talking about "dangerous" attachments like .exe files.) They couldn't secure their app, so they just shut it down. This thread addresses the 2K problem, and points you to an MS article.

    All this info is great, but what I was hoping someone knew is how to actually be able to run attachments without having to save to your disc first.

    I have already edited my registry to be able to save these, but would like to cut this step out if possible. Any help would be appreciated!
