I am running XP Pro with Outlook 2002.

I have trouble attaching files - sometimes it attaches, sometimes it does not. When it doesn't, Outlook freezes, and it requires task manager to shut down. It also thinks that Outlook wasn't shut down completely afterwards.

Outlook also does not see the email receipient list when sending to is used to look up names - it says it cannot find the list. However, it can find contacts. When I go into the list box (show names from the), it shows 2 contacts options - one with nothing, and the other with all my contacts

    Should I reload Outlook??

Sometimes it's just the profile getting corrupt. Try setting up a new profile for yourself and see if it works ok.
