Outlook 2003 backup

    How can i backup EVERYthing in outlook, contacts, emails ect??

    Open Outlook then click on File and look for Export. You should be able to export your address book and folders to a place in My Documents. Then you can import them in the future if needed. Note that these files can not be imported into all e-mail clients or web mail.

    Just copy the PST file that Outlook is using to wherever you want.
