Outlook 2003 is frequently freezing when I try to download my email. I use task manager to close Outlook, which takes many tries, then close all other programs so that I can restart my computer, but before it can shut down I get a message that the program x1exec.exe is not responding. I have done a search for this program and see that it is part of my Juno Online ISP software. I use Windows XP home edition. Any suggestions?
