Outlook 2003 "Other Calendar" Tick Box missing

    I have a tricky problem a user is experiencing with outlook 2003.

    He has access to view several other users calendar.

    When looking at the calendar view in outlook 2003, down the left hand side he can see each shared calendar he has opened under the “other calendars” section. Each calendar can viewed or hidden by ticking or un-ticking it’s check box.

    The problem is for one specific users calendar, this check box refuses to appear, this users calendar can be viewed okay when opened normally. He has tried several other machines and the same problem occurs.

    The 2003 client access and Exchange 5.5 back-end. Running Outlook 2003 on win XP pro.

    Any ideas would be appreciated!
