I have Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro. I currently have my messages edited thru Word 2003 and in HTML format. Problem is everyone who receives my messages can only see the html tags- for example:

v\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);} o\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);} w\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);} {behavior:url(#default#VML);} /* Font Definitions */ @font-face panose-1:5 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0;} panose-1:3 7 4 2 5 3 2 3 2 3;} panose-1:2 11 6 4 3 5 4 4 2 4;} /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} p.MsoEnvelopeAddress, li.MsoEnvelopeAddress, div.MsoEnvelopeAddress margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:2.0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-element:frame; font-size:16.0pt; font-family:"Bradley Hand ITC"; text-shadow:auto; font-weight:bold;} p.MsoEnvelopeReturn, li.MsoEnvelopeReturn, div.MsoEnvelopeReturn margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Bradley Hand ITC"; text-shadow:auto; font-weight:bold;} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed text-decoration:underline;} p margin-right:0in; mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto; margin-left:0in; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} span.EmailStyle19 font-family:Arial; color:windowtext;} span.EmailStyle23 font-family:Arial; color:navy;}

Looking at my message from the "Sent Items" folder everything looks ok. I can change my messages to be formated in text, but when I reply to a message that is in HTML format the receiving party gets the same junk (like the above example). I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling Office, deleting the outlook profile, experimenting w/different settings... nothing has worked.

If anyone has a solution, I'd love to hear about it!

thanks!
