Help! My friend's message keeps coming in, then disconting from the server, so no other emails are getting through. When Outlook does another Send/Receive, the same thing just keeps happening! Anyone know how to fix this?

    I'd be very grateful!

If your ISP has web mail, go there and delete the message or messages.

Even if your ISP doesn't have web mail you can go to "mail2web.com", find the offending email and delete it there. This is a site that you can access from anywhere in the world. Of course, you have to put in your email address and password. You can read your emails there, and either delete them, forward them, or leave them on it so you can download them when you are back at home.

I always use it when I am away from home.
