outlook 2003 slow to send

    I have Del laptop VOStRO 1500 with windows xp.
    on my outlook i have 3 address;s two work fine .
    Over the last couple of months the third address takes longer and longer now its up to five minutes checking or what ever before it sends out my e-mails.
    please make your help simple as i am not to commputer smart.
