I have Outlook 2007 set to automatically backup every 40 days. So when I close outlook down, the Outlook Personal Folders Backup Dialogue Box appears for the backup. The file destination shows the C drive & (I think) the proper folders for the backup. However, when I chose ok to start the backup, a dialogue box appears that says "c:\users\owner\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst is already being used by another Personal Folders file or backup file. Please change the file location."

I am trying to backup to my C drive but it won't let me! Can anyone HELP PLEASE. Thanks, Polly:p
