When I press Send/Receive a pop up box asks me to "Enter Network Password". I enter my BT Yahoo User Name and Password and I get the error message: cannot log on to server Incorrect user name or password. It is not incorrect but what Outlook is sending must be incorrect. I have tried changing password, deleting the account and adding it again but nothing works. I have tried repairing Outlook - no good. I have tried starting Outlook in Safe Mode - no good. I have tried to set up a new profile (pst) but I am prevented because the user name and password entered as part of the process is rejected. I have tried to remove, as Microsoft suggest, the Protected Storage System Provider entry in the Registry but it won't allow me to. I have checked for malware and viruses. After two days I am at my wits end. Help Please!
