The users I am working with can not stop Outlook from automatically highlighting text in her messages. I would like to help her stop this activity, but I can't find a resource that address this issue.

    What kind of high lighting?

Is this in incoming or out going or both emails?

OK...when she hits "Reply", everything in the message she is replying to highlights. Since this has not happened before, she is not sure what it is doing, and feels she can not proceed with her reply, to that message, not knowing what it will appear like when the sender receives her response.

What happens if one clicks any place within the edited email?

    A screen shot may help.
