I would like to know how to suppress the
Account Name (and long line underneath it)
that is printed on the very top of emails
    when using Outlook 2007.

I have tried third party tools but have not
been able to get them to work for me.
OutlookPrinter.com is one of the add-ins
that I have tried without success.
They have an example (on their main web page)
of what I am talking about.

In the example, "Thomas Wetzel" is printed at the top
of the email with a heavy line underneath the name.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

Can't you just remove it by going to File > Page Setup > Define print styles > Edit > Header Footer tab and remove the [user name] enntry.
