I have a customer who is receiving duplicate emails because their name is in the To line and they are also included in an AD group in the Cc line. We are in the process of migrating from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2010 and I do not yet have access to Outlook (Exchange) to try a hands-on approach to test for the customer, but I need a rule to delete (or move) the duplicate emails the customer is receiving, so he is only left working with one copy of the email.

So, I guess it needs to be something to the effect of:

where my name is in the To or Cc box
where my name is included in the AD group XYZ

Delete (or Move) the message to the Trash (or specified folder)

Can this be done? Thanks in advance!
