Outlook 2016

    Hey guys, I've got a work colleague of mine that just got a new laptop pre-loaded up with Windows 10 on it. I set up his Outlook and already we are having some problems. Firstly, he is getting duplicate emails (he is using POP3 on his laptop and IMAP on his iPhone 4S) and I can't find a way to stop this from happening or better yet what is causing it. Secondly, I can't delete duplicate emails from his account. I have tried the clean up utility that comes with Outlook 2016 but it doesn't work. Thirdly, emails to certain people are not sending, even files as small as 50Kb are not going through and getting stuck in the outbox with the error message "0x800ccc0f the connection to the server was interrupted, if the problem continues contact your server administrator or ISP". I have changed the firewall rules and disabled the firewall temporarily but nothing seems to help. Any ideas as to how to fix these issues will be greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance guys

    Hi Mitchyb,

    Is the laptop in question a work laptop? Or is this your colleague's home PC? Either way, are you testing this PC in a work environment?

    also whats the email address the last part ONLY @domain.co.uk
