OK, normally I can figure this out but this one has me stumped. I would rather avoid removing/reinstalling Office for something that should be an easy fix.
So my user somehow has ended up with an issue with the default stationery. It has made most the text with strike through:
Note that the box behind does not show the strike through with the sample text, but when I go to select a theme, it shows the No Theme with the strike through and when I get out of that box, the sample text ends up with the strike through.
I did go through each section to ensure that the Sample Text does not have any strike through effects but it does not stick, or show the changes.
Is there another section other than File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts that I can change the No Theme settings?
