Hi, When I click on send/receive messages, it tells me that I have 99 messages. However, after the first 3 have downloaded into Outlook, I get a dialogue box that is entitled "MSIMN" and states "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If this problem persists, contact vendor . . " The last email that keeps coming in is from someone I know but he is giving me instructions on deleting "sulfnbke.exe" from my hard drive. I checked that out, and it's not there. I thought that may be the problem. Anyway, can anyone HELP ME?!?!?!?! I cannot receive my e-mails right now, so I'm hoping someone out there can help walk me thru this. thx

If you can't do anything else try having your internet provider deleting the message that your getting hung up on and trying downloading them again.

    Hi,

    1) We need the entire error message:

Click on 'details' in your error, and tell us what it says.

You should get something like this (example):

'Msimn caused an invalid page fault in module Msoe.dll'

    2) And Sulfnbk.exe is a legitimate Windows file, and no virus.
There is therefore no need to delete the file, although Windows runs OK without it:

    SULFNBK.EXE Warning

Description of Sulfnbk.exe and How to Replace the Program File

    Good luck,
