I have a strong AV so I am not worried about ZIP attachments but Outlook 2003 is paranoid.

Where do I find a setting to let ZIPs in?

i'm not sure you can, that's one of the reasons i use outlook express.
outlook doesn't send immediately but when opened or if you do a send/recieve(i do it every 5 min).

it's picky about files it will block, i wasn't aware of zipped but it won't accept links/ink to web pages so i cut paste and into the body of the email.
