Outlook Business Contact Manager

I am using Outlook 2003 Professional. I have installed Business Contact Manager but nothing shows up on the Menu to let me access it. I went to the Microsoft site to download an update but it said that the file was corrupted. Any suggestions as to how to solve the problem?
