I'm using MS Office 2003 on Windows XP.
I have many Notes that I created by clicking on Actions/New Journal Entry for Contact then chose Notes as the Activity Type. Today I saw that all my Notes for a particular contact had disappeared. When I click on the Activities tab all that shows are my emails to this particular Contact. Where could my Notes have gone? Phone messages have disappeared also. The only items listed under the Activities tab now are email messages.
I have not reformatted my computer or deleted any duplicate entries for this Contact. I can't think of what I could have done that would have erased all Notes and Phone messages for this Contact. Is there a way that I can find and/or restore these Notes?
