When I open Outlook it downloads the first two messages then crashes the computer when it gets to the 3rd message so the computer restarts.
Recently installed CA as my anti-virus software

Does it always crash on the third message no matter how many are waiting to be downloaded? Or does it always seem to download the same 2 messages and then crash on the same third message as before!?

If its the second case , please login in to your account using webmail. Delete those 3 emails , preferrably along with everything that you dont want. Now open Outlook and try downloading the messages.

If this dont work, Restart the computer , use maintenance mode (Press F8 while booting before it reaches the Windows Load Screen) and get into Windows Safe mode with networking (Warning : This will download email messages without a virus scan), however this is one way of eliminating possible startup programs crashing Outlook.
