Hi ,

I am new to this forum! I can't find the recipients to whom I had send my emails to in Outlook 2003.

Earlier it would automatically pick up the names from history, now after logging off and then logging back on, it doesn't remember the names.

What must be causing this?? :) Thanks for the help is advance

I'm having the same problem with Outlook 2007...
When I add a contact, or edit, and save it, it does not show the new contacts in the TO: field for emails...

Anyone can help?

It works till I log out, but when I shut down the system and reboot, I can't find the names in history.

I tried renaming the *.nk2 file- that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue

Hi Greek Goddess and darkew

Welcome to Tech Support Guy Forums!

Greek Goddess, when you start keying in a name, the autocomplete is not showing you the previous e-mail addresses you have used?
Do you have: Suggest names while completing To, Cc and Bcc fields, enabled?

darkew, when you click the To: field, you are not seeing all your Contacts in the Address Book? Do you have more than one Contacts folder listed in the drop down field in the Address Book?
