Outlook e-mail read & received history

    Please help me in finding read & receipt history of e-mail received in group mailbox. I have access to a group mailbox. And I just want to track person who read the e-mail &b received time of mail in it.

    To my knowledge there is no such item to see who read an email that is in a shared mailbox.

    If it is Exchange, it is most likely managed by an IT department; have you asked them?

    No... Is there any other way without going to IT.

    Not really, unless you are the Exchange admin. Why havent you asked them?

    Only the email server team/IT team can view that kind of information.
