Outlook Email Problem

    We use Outlook at work. We have a template that we use to send press releases that contains a logo on the upper left corner of the window. We had to go in and make the templates available in the Quick Parts option under insert. When we do that we get the template and can send it out. However, we have to select Rich Text rather than HTML because it prints out of whack when the end user gets it. All the margins and text line up prior to sending...

    We have to do this because, for some reason, the distribution list that was shared with us won't allow us to navigate to it in a new email. We are not sure why this is, it may have something to do with our internal network.

    My overall frustration is to find out why it looks perfect prior to emailing but is then slightly not lined up if we send in HTML.

    Clear as mud? Sorry...spent all day on this...:mad:
