Can anyone advise me if there is a way to add a password to my outlook express, so it prompts for a password before opening?

I currently run windows 2000 pro and outlook express 6.

File>Identities>Manage Identities. Highlight your Identity, choose Properties, click Require a password and set your password.

In outlook express click on file, identities, manage identities.Click on properties.Type your name and check require password.Type in your password and click ok.It says this only provides a moderate level of security.I Run win98 and IE6.Internet explorer and outlook express share the same connection and you could also pass protect your connection to the internet and if I am not mistaken outlook express.
