Outlook Express 6 -Can't start new message

    I noticed last nite and still having the problem today that when I click "create mail" in outlook express it shuts down and gives me an error message.

    If I try to use the "new message" mail feature in IE 6.0 it will crash IE too.

    I have a HP Pc with Win XP, 256MB RAM, 40GB HD .. the pc is almost a year old and never had problems with it til now.

    What exactly is the error message? If it has a details button, click it and paste the entire message here.
